  • For 9-Day Tours: You’ll receive three days of post-tour Zoom sessions, designed to discuss what you’ve learned and how to apply it to your organization. You’ll have the chance to share your progress, challenges, and learnings with the group and our expert trainers.
  • For 12-Day Tours: You’ll receive five days of Zoom sessions, offering even more time for discussions and problem-solving. These sessions are particularly valuable as you begin implementing what you’ve learned, providing the opportunity for in-depth discussions on the challenges you face and further coaching on how to overcome them.
